1. The service and these terms
OldRoll Web at https://www.oldroll.io is provided by Pixl Concerto Technology Limited. “We”, “us” and “our” refer to that operator.
OldRoll Web lets you apply photo effects, make edits, add creative elements and combine photos in layouts. The current Web service is free to use and allows you to save results without an account or an OldRoll product watermark. The mobile apps are separate services; their subscriptions, purchases and account arrangements do not apply to this Web editor.
By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it. Our Privacy Policy explains information handling. Accepting these terms does not replace any consent required by applicable law.
2. Who may use the service
OldRoll Web is not intended for children under 13. If you are a minor, you must have permission from your parent or guardian to use the service. Any higher minimum age or other requirements under applicable law also apply.
You must have the legal authority needed to use the service and provide the content you choose. If you act on behalf of an organization or another person, you must be authorized to do so. Selecting a website region or language does not establish your residence, billing country or entitlement to use content.
3. Your photos and permission to process them
You retain the rights you lawfully hold in the content you upload and the edited results you create. Using OldRoll Web does not transfer ownership of your images to us. You may use exported results for personal or commercial purposes, provided you have the necessary rights in the content you supply.
Only use content that you own or are permitted to use. You are responsible for the permissions required for the people, designs, trademarks and other protected material shown in it. Permission to edit a photo does not automatically include permission to publish it or use it commercially.
When you provide content for an editing task, you give us and the service providers acting on our behalf the limited permission needed to receive, temporarily hold, process and return it for that task. This does not give us permission to train models on it, advertise with it, publish it as an example or place it in an account gallery. Temporary server handling and deletion follow the Privacy Policy.
Review your result before saving or sharing it. You remain responsible for your use of the result and any permissions that use requires.
4. Our tools and creative resources
We and the relevant rights holders retain rights in the website software, design, brands and creative resources. Subject to these terms and applicable resource notices, you may use the available tools to create and export results through the service.
You may use the creative resources included in the service as part of your exported results for personal or commercial purposes. This permission covers their use within the finished image; ownership of the underlying stickers, textures, frames, fonts and other resources remains with their respective rights holders.
Unless the applicable license or law allows it, do not extract, resell or redistribute the underlying resource files or the service’s software as a separate collection or product. These restrictions do not transfer ownership of your own photos to us or prohibit uses that applicable law permits.
5. Responsible use
Use the service lawfully and respect other people’s privacy, image rights and intellectual property. Do not use it to create or distribute unlawful content, impersonate others deceptively, or exploit or harm people.
Do not introduce malicious code, try to access other people’s information, bypass protections against misuse, or use automated requests in a way that disrupts or overloads the service. We may apply reasonable processing limits or verification to keep the service available. Such measures must respect applicable law.
6. Saving and keeping your work
Keep your original photos and save results you want to retain. Recent work stored in your browser helps you continue editing; it is not a permanent archive, an account gallery or a cross-device backup.
Browser settings, cleared site data, storage limits, private browsing or device changes can make recent work unavailable. Check that a download, save, share or copy operation has reached the destination you intended. The availability of these operations depends on your browser, device and chosen destination.
7. Feedback and third-party services
Use Send feedback to report a problem or make a suggestion. The form requires a description, related feature and email address; images are optional. Only attach material you are permitted to share, and avoid unnecessary sensitive information. We use submissions to handle feedback as described in the Privacy Policy; submitting an image does not give us a separate right to publish it or train models on it.
Links to app stores, social posts or other websites lead to services with their own terms. Review those terms when you choose to use them. We remain responsible for our own obligations and cannot exclude responsibilities that the law places on us.
8. Availability, restrictions and changes
The service can be affected by maintenance, network problems, browser compatibility or technical faults. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or identical results on every device. If processing fails, use the available retry options and retain your original image.
We may update features or restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, protect the service, comply with law or perform maintenance. Where practical and appropriate, we will explain a material restriction or change and provide a way to contact us. You may stop using the service at any time.
These terms do not authorize billing you for future features. Any future paid offering would require its own pricing and applicable purchase terms before a charge is made.
9. Responsibilities and disputes
You are responsible for your content and how you use the results. We remain responsible for our obligations under these terms and applicable law. Nothing here excludes or limits liability, consumer protections or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
If a problem arises, you may contact support@oldroll.io to seek a resolution. Contacting us is not a prerequisite to exercising your legal rights. Disputes remain subject to applicable law, including any mandatory protections and access to courts available to you. These terms do not require arbitration or restrict you to an exclusive court.
10. Updates, language versions and contact
We will post the current terms on this page and update the date above when they change. For material changes affecting your rights or responsibilities, we will provide a prominent notice on the website before they take effect and state their effective date. Changes required by law or urgent security needs may take effect sooner. Changes do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
Our published language versions are intended to express the same terms. We will correct translation differences when identified; the English version does not automatically take precedence over another language version. Choosing a language does not waive rights under applicable law. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
